Standcert Global Ltd maintains public information to support confidence in its certification activities, including information on impartiality, certification status, complaints, appeals, certification mark use and certificate verification.
Standcert Global Ltd maintains a documented impartiality policy. We do not provide management consultancy, internal auditing, or any service to a client that could create a conflict of interest with our certification role. An impartiality committee oversees the certification function.
Standcert Global Ltd is an ASCB-accredited certification body providing management systems certification within its approved certification scope. ASCB accredits organisations that issue certificates for management systems, personnel, products and related conformity assessment activities. Certificate acceptance may depend on customer, procurement, regulatory or contractual requirements.
Documented rules govern the use of certification marks, scope statements and references to certification. Clients are required to follow these rules at all times.
Any interested party may submit a complaint or appeal regarding certified clients, audit conduct or certification decisions. Each submission is handled by personnel who were not involved in the original decision.
Information obtained during certification is treated as confidential. Disclosure is limited to legal obligations and the requirements of accreditation oversight.
Certification may be suspended or withdrawn for misuse of marks, failure to address nonconformities, or other documented reasons. Suspension and withdrawal are recorded in the public registry.
