Standcert Global Ltd is an independent management systems certification body. Standcert does not provide consultancy, implementation or internal audit services.
2. Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Quotations and proposals
Quotations are based on the information you provide and remain valid for the period stated on the proposal. Acceptance creates a binding certification agreement, which sets out the full commercial and technical terms.
4. Certification
Certification is awarded only after successful completion of the audit programme and an independent certification decision. Standcert does not guarantee a certification outcome, and the decision is made independently of any commercial relationship.
5. Use of certification marks
Certified clients may use the Standcert certification mark and, where applicable, the accreditation mark, strictly in accordance with the marks-use rules issued by Standcert and the accreditation body. Misuse may result in suspension or withdrawal.
6. Suspension, withdrawal and reduction
Standcert may suspend, withdraw or reduce the scope of a certificate in the circumstances set out in the certification agreement, including failure to close findings, breach of marks rules, or non-payment of fees.
7. Confidentiality
Information obtained during audits is treated as confidential and disclosed only as required by accreditation, legal process or with the client's authorisation.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Standcert's liability under these terms is limited as set out in the certification agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
All Standcert trademarks, logos and content on this website are the property of Standcert Global Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
