Our certification process follows the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and is conducted with documented impartiality at every stage.

  1. STEP 01

    Application

    Initial enquiry and submission of organisational scope, locations and personnel.

  2. STEP 02

    Proposal & Contract

    Formal certification proposal based on audit-day calculation in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1.

  3. STEP 03

    Stage 1 Audit

    Documentation review and readiness assessment to confirm scope and audit plan.

  4. STEP 04

    Stage 2 Audit

    On-site assessment of implementation and effectiveness against the standard.

  5. STEP 05

    Independent Decision

    Technical review by an independent decision-maker, leading to a certification outcome.

  6. STEP 06

    Certificate Issue

    Certificate issued and the client is added to the public Standcert registry.

  7. STEP 07

    Surveillance

    Annual surveillance audits confirm continued conformity through the three-year cycle.

  8. STEP 08

    Recertification

    Full reassessment at three years to maintain certified status.
